AAU Sports is for Everyone
Did you know that AAU offers opportunities for athletes to participate in over 25 different sports? There is room for the beginner, the recreational athlete as well as the elite. Each year AAU provides local, regional and national tournaments that are well organized, fully insured and great fun. There is room for athletes ranging in age from 7 to adult.
